To counter negative thoughts that so easily assail me, I decided today to write about one of my favorite things - a Rainbow.
How I love seeing a rainbow after a shower from heaven! It gives me a sense of awe and gratefulness. Through this wonderful creation, we are reminded of God's covenant to His people that never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth.

You should come and visit me here in Hawaii where you will see big beautiful rainbows almost everyday. Oftentimes, you will see a "double" rainbow.

haven't seen a rainbow lately tho'...i do remember seeing a double rainbow a few years back...that was really really awesome....
being in the presence of nature is the all time remedy for everything that ails....when i'm desperately in need of a lift i just close my eyes and travel to the sea...
